Dispatch and Shipping
We love to have your order packed and ready for postage by the following business day in which you place your order, however there will be times that this is not possible and we will endeavor to have them packed and ready within 3 Business days. If there is ever a reason we can not meet this we will contact you and let you know.
Our orders are all sent via Australia Post direct from Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia. International orders may have customs and import duties applied when the shipment reaches its destination. Prices vary from each Country and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We suggest you contact your local customs office if you need any further details.
We do not pay any insurance on orders sent, however if you wish to insure your purchase please send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange that for you.
Lost or Missing Orders
Once your order has been shipped it is no longer in our control, if you do not receive your item in the time frame suggested please contact us and we will try our best to find out where it is and what the hold up is. However if you are concerned you may not receive your order or you have had issues with courier companies and missing parcels, we suggest contacting us to sort out insurance for your order.
