You can use both a slow and fast retrieve or use long sweeps with a pause in between.
Both of these styles produce a big tail kick for an 'S' swim action.

2mm straight through wire and finished with multiple coats of high gloss epoxy.

Recommended hook and split ring set up:

Twin BKK 4/0 Trebles or BKK 5/0 Trebles belly and BKK 9/0 single tail
Split rings- Size 8 or 9
